East Techniques is downtown Manhattan's Premier Sacred Arts Learning Center. It was created with love to offer an upscale, peaceful environment for spiritual exploration in New York City. The gorgeous and luxurious temple space was specifically designed for healing arts workshops, classes, lectures, meditation circles, and private yoga/movement classes.

The classroom boasts custom-made benches with thick cushions for seating, back support, and foot rests for comfort. Dark cherry hard wood floors enhance a calm atmosphere and the classroom is brightly lit with exposure to the sun. Custom-made venetian blinds block the light should the need arise (i.e. slide presentations, intimate healing sessions, etc.) The overhead light has a dimmer control for setting the mood. A separate bedroom offers convenience for out-of-town facilitators who wish to sleep at the center. The building has a roof lounge which sits atop a 35 floor sky-rise and offers a decadent view of the city. Chairs and tables are available for group meals on the deck.

East Techniques is nestled in the Financial district and can be reached by the A,C 2,3 4,5 or J,Z subway lines. It is walking distance from the Path train to Jersey and the free Staten Island ferry. See our Contact page for a map.

$40 Hourly rental
$220 Daily rental
$400 Weekend rental
$1,280 Weekly rental
$60 Additional per night to rent the bedroom for overnight stays

$25.00 Linens fee added to daily and weekend rentals
